Cyberspace Pipeline

The pipeline line of the CyberSpace platform.

Underground, municipal and industrial networks plus complex assets, verified against the ground and operated from one queryable 3D record. Capture before backfill, rebuild legacy data in AR, and run the network from the same model.

From data capture
to field operations.

Five capabilities that carry the pipeline line from the open trench to the unified record.

01

Precise Site Capture

Record the open trench as a measured 3D model, georeferenced by RTK while the excavation is still accessible, so pipe spacing, depth and cover read straight off the scan.

  • Point cloud, 3DGS and panorama in one georeferenced model
  • Pipe spacing, depth and cover measured on the scan itself
  • Captured before backfill, so the as-built outlives the trench
02

3DGS and Point Cloud Modelling

Stations, plants and commercial complexes are captured with LiDAR and imagery, then processed into a 3DGS or point cloud model that carries both the look of the place and its measurements. That model becomes the base layer for the BIM, CAD and IoT workflows already in use.

  • LiDAR and imagery processed into 3DGS or point cloud
  • Point cloud for geometry, 3DGS for lifelike context, in one coordinate frame
  • Delivered as the base layer for BIM, CAD and IoT
03

Proprietary AR Devices

CyberSpace runs on the Vision AR Pad and the Vision AR Handheld. The same spatial model opens on the device the crew already carries, positioned on site without markers. Both devices are designed and built in-house, so capture, positioning and AR run as one stack rather than three integrations.

  • Vision AR Pad for on-site review and measurement
  • Vision AR Handheld for handheld capture and field checks
  • One model and one account across both devices
04

Precise AR Layout

Set out from the model instead of the drawing. Design geometry is anchored to the ground in AR and the position on site is read back as coordinates before anything is fixed.

  • Layout points anchored in AR against the captured model
  • Longitude, latitude and elevation read out on site
  • Verified positions written back to the as-built record
05

Unified Data Integration

New pipes, legacy networks and sensor data are held in one 3D space instead of separate systems. Work orders are dispatched against the model, GIS attributes are checked against the site, and every correction is written back to the record the team already works from.

  • New-built pipes, legacy networks and sensor data in one 3D space
  • Work order dispatch and progress tracked against the model
  • GIS verification and record maintenance closed in the same loop
Plans & editions

Two versions,
one shared function set.

The CyberSpace Pipelines Digitalization Platform is delivered as an offline desktop application or an offline backend server. Both versions carry the same function set for pipeline design, AR engineering work and network operations.

Offline Desktop Version AR-powered pipeline management

  • DeploymentOffline / On-premises
  • VersionDesktop application
Pipeline design, AR design and deliverables on an offline workstation.
Offline Backend Version AR-powered pipeline management

  • DeploymentOffline / On-premises
  • VersionBackend server
The central platform for projects, network operations and station O&M, offline.
Included in both versions
  • Model Import Imports hardware-scanned models into the app and displays them in real time, so users can verify scan coverage and data quality.
  • Single-Line Drafting Completes single-line drafting and adjustment of pipeline plans through three modes: walkthrough editing, pipeline drawing, and fitting placement.
  • Real-Scene Design Delivers model calling, placement, and XYZ-axis manipulation in a point cloud real scene, with view rotation and zoom for reviewing the overall plan.
  • Indoor Pipeline AR Design Covers the full indoor pipeline AR design workflow, from AR scene positioning and virtual-real fusion, through on-site marking and real-scene aids such as walls and ceilings, to drawing control, automatic component generation, and component-level editing.
  • Quantity & Price Schedule Automatically compiles quantities and costs from design results, and outputs construction drawings, renderings, elevations, and a one-click exportable quantity-and-price schedule.
  • Component Management Centrally maintains standard fittings, straight pipes and flexible hose models, with their data and categories, in the backend for filtered use on the front end.
  • Project Management Manages project data and drawing archives along the project lifecycle, covering project overview, layer control, reality modeling, key points and project issues, GIS drafting, and cost verification.
  • Pipeline Network Operations A map-based operations platform for daily pipeline network management, covering area management, task center, hazard management, and pipeline and component resource management.
  • Station O&M A real-scene O&M module for stations, providing station locations and 3D space browsing, together with work-order statistics, inspection management, and resource management.
  • Engineering AR Mobile AR engineering operations that project backend 3D models onto the real scene for centimeter-level alignment, supporting point creation, AR measurement, photo capture, and 3D reconstruction capture.
  • Task Execution Mobile AR line-inspection operations that complete on-site inspection, hazard reporting, and rectification closure through two workflows: AR-GIS verification and AR hazard rectification.

Every plan is available as public-cloud SaaS or as an on-premises deployment. The pipelines versions are delivered offline.

For on-premises and offline deployment, software is provided under a perpetual license and requires customer-procured server infrastructure. Annual maintenance and support is provided under a separate agreement.
